Job Description:

Novozymes is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and is suitable for individuals who are adaptable and resilient.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to online customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Managing and updating customer accounts and information - Assisting with order processing, tracking, and shipments - Utilizing negotiation skills to address customer issues and find satisfactory solutions - Planning and organizing workload to ensure efficient handling of customer requests
