Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

ReSound is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. This is a part-time, entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order placement - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Adaptable and resourceful, able to work in a fast-paced environment - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency with online communication tools - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
