We are seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Nilfisk in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms. - Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required. - High school diploma or equivalent.
