Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Online Customer Success Associate to join our team at Bavarian Nordic in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer success.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through various online platforms - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional communication skills - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey - Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with a strong desire to help customers - Excellent planning and organizational skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to understand and connect with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms - Prior experience in customer service or online support is a plus - Fluency in English and Danish is required
