Online Customer Success Officer

Jacobsen Plus is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with online customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Provide online support and guidance to customers to help them optimize their use of our platform - Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the online customer experience - Conduct online presentations and training sessions for customers as needed

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning abilities and a talent for presenting information effectively - Prior experience in customer success or a related field is a must - Knowledge of online platforms and customer service best practices - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
