Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Maersk Group is looking for an Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in København, Capital, on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are seeking someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be reliable and confident, with strong negotiation and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and develop customer relationships through online channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Provide support to customers with online orders, troubleshooting any issues that may arise. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the online customer experience and drive business growth. 4. Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our online services. 5. Assist in the development of online marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.


Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 4. Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
