Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Success Representative to join our team at Kvik in København, Capital, DK. As an online customer success representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when interacting with our online platform. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service, address any issues or concerns promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with any questions or issues they may have regarding our products or services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and assistance - Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and online platform updates


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and provide solutions - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Fluent in English, Danish language skills are a plus
