Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Novozymes is looking for a dynamic and reliable Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in København, Denmark. In this part-time role at the Associate level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various online channels. As an Online Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide seamless support to customers. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels within the company. 7. Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Reliable and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
