Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


NKT Holdings is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone to assist with product inquiries, order placements, and issue resolution - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms - Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Assist with updating and maintaining the company's online support resources and knowledge base - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Proven experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience with e-commerce platforms and online customer support tools is a plus - Hardworking and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
