Online Customer Support Manager

NKT Holdings is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a customer support role.

As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online customer support team, ensuring that customer queries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This includes overseeing the team's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.

In addition to managing the team, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. This may involve analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and working with other departments to address issues proactively.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resilient and motivated, with a strong ability to persuade and present information effectively. They should have a track record of success in managing customer support teams and a deep understanding of best practices in the field.
