Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


The Online Customer Support Officer at Hempel Group will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or feedback received through our online platforms. The Online Customer Support Officer will work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints from online customers. 4. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide product recommendations and promotions to online customers. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience and suggest innovative solutions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Dedicated and confident in handling customer inquiries and issues. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in project management. 6. Proficient in using online platforms and systems. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. 8. Associate level of seniority with a desire to grow within the company.
