Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately, resolving issues and escalating when necessary. 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers. 4. Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their overall experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude even in challenging situations. 7. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer support processes.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 3. Persuasive skills to influence customer decisions and provide solutions. 4. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
