Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Coloplast is seeking an Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for hardworking and independent individuals who possess excellent presentation and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via live chat on our online platform - Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and technical issues - Utilize knowledge base and training resources to provide accurate and timely responses - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Proficient in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
