Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Sitecore is currently seeking a talented and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As the Online Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. This is a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform to facilitate real-time communication with customers - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the live chat platform - Work closely with the customer service team to ensure consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage customer insights and drive business growth - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in online live chat management

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in online live chat management or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Critical thinking and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in chat management tools and software - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
