Job Description:

Kopenhagen Fur is seeking a dynamic and professional Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in København, Denmark. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. 3. Guide customers through the online ordering process and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to promote special offers, new products, and upcoming events. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. 7. Continuously seek ways to improve the online chat process and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and driven individual with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Ability to think strategically and demonstrate leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish. 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM software. 5. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. 6. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
