Job Description:
Ecco, a leading footwear company, is seeking a part-time Online Support Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated, and have excellent cooperation skills with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics and report on key performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies to improve customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in customer service or online support - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
