Online Support Officer

Job Description:

Widex, a leading global manufacturer of hearing aids, is seeking a part-time Online Support Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being reliable and resourceful. Additionally, the candidate should have strong soft skills in negotiation and planning.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and phone - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor online review platforms and address customer feedback appropriately - Assist in the development of online support resources and FAQ sections - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - 3+ years of experience in online customer support - Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus
