Online Support Representative

Job Description:

SKAKO Concrete is seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in København, Capital, Denmark. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers and potential clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for online platform users - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive user experience - Educate customers on product features and benefits - Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the product development team - Assist with training materials and documentation for new users - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online support platforms - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts
