Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Velux, a leading company in the home improvement industry, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage in online web chats with customers to provide information about our products and services - Answer inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge - Help assist in developing online customer service strategies and best practices

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality traits to effectively engage with customers - Strong research and cooperation skills to provide accurate information and collaborate with team members - 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of home improvement products and services is a plus
