Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Web Chat Associate at Fiberline Composites, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. Your main goal will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for managing customer orders, processing returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through the online chat platform to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and special offers to customers through the chat platform

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Strong decision-making skills and creativity to solve problems effectively - Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer relationship management tools - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
