Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

COWI is seeking a highly motivated Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in København, Capital, DK. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and issues via online chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Work towards achieving team goals and targets - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong project management skills - Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table
