About Us

Operating from GPV 's Vejle office, our Legal department plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance and managing contractual matters. Comprised of three seasoned legal counsels and a student assistant, our team fosters a dynamic and ambitious environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and personal growth.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this position offers you the chance to develop practical skills in business law and compliance. With our flat organizational structure, you 'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact across various functions of the organization. Additionally, you 'll engage in international communication, primarily liaising with internal commercial departments and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling corporate law matters
• Assisting in contract management and reviews
• Maintaining and updating company databases
• Undertaking various legal tasks related to commercial law and compliance

Position Details

• Part-time role: Estimated 10-15 hours per week, flexible to accommodate your studies
• Presence required at our Vejle office at least one day per week, with the option for remote work after an initial introduction period
• We provide a laptop for business purposes

About You 

We are seeking candidates who are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws or a BSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law, with plans to begin a master 's program in the same field. Proficiency in English is essential. As a person, you should be open-minded, sociable, and committed to delivering on assigned tasks.
