Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Assistant to join our team at IT University of Copenhagen startups in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. As a Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our startup projects.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. - Assist with project management tasks, such as creating and updating project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on key metrics. - Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. - Assist with customer support activities, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Help with data entry and organization, maintaining accurate records and files. - Support the team in any other duties as needed to ensure the success of our projects.

Requirements: - Resilient and driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take on leadership responsibilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common software applications. - Experience in project management or administrative support is preferred.
