Job Description:
Terma is seeking a passionate and resilient Remote Support Associate to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong desire to provide outstanding support to our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software products. 3. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 4. Conduct research to find solutions to complex technical problems. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer support experience. 6. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing timely and effective support.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 6. Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 7. Soft skills in persuasion and research.
