Bang & Olufsen, a renowned luxury audio brand based in København, Capital, DK, is seeking a part-time Remote Support Associate to join their team. This entry-level position is perfect for confident and motivated individuals who possess excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to Bang & Olufsen products 3. Educate customers on product features and functionality 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs 2. Confidence in handling technical support inquiries and providing solutions 3. Motivated to learn and grow within the company 4. Ability to work remotely and independently 5. No prior experience required, but a passion for technology and customer service is a plus
