Job Description:
Bang & Olufsen, a renowned luxury audio brand based in København, Capital, DK, is seeking a part-time Remote Support Associate to join their team. This entry-level position is perfect for confident and motivated individuals who possess excellent communication skills and adaptability.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to Bang & Olufsen products 3.
