Support Associate

Demant, a leading hearing healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Assist with product training and education for customers - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support or related role - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
