Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Support Manager to join our team at Danfoss in København, Capital, Denmark. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our support team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the support team. 2. Develop and maintain support processes and procedures to streamline operations. 3. Train and mentor support staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service. 4. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support staff.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer support or related role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Confident and reliable personality traits. 4. Excellent teamwork and persuasion skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
