Job Description:


Orsted is seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support professionals, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our customers. This role requires a confident and resilient individual with a strong background in customer support and people management.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of support professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback - Develop and implement support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external - Continuously improve support processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience in people management and team leadership - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
