Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Vestas Wind Systems is seeking a dedicated Support Manager to work from home in København, Capital, DK. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of support staff to ensure the highest level of customer service and support is provided. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer support processes - Monitor team performance and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a support management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and resilient attitude with a commitment to excellence - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
