Support Officer - Work from home

TDC Group is seeking a Support Officer to join our team in København, Capital, DK on a part-time basis. This position is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience who is energetic, passionate, and has strong emotional intelligence and research skills.

As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members from the comfort of your own home. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Responding to inquiries and providing technical support via email, phone, and chat. 2. Assisting team members with troubleshooting any issues they may encounter with software or hardware. 3. Conducting research and providing solutions to complex problems. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless support experience for all team members. 5. Maintaining accurate records of all support interactions.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help others succeed. In addition to the personality traits and soft skills mentioned above, the following requirements are also necessary:

1. Previous experience in a customer support role 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
