Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Radiometer Medical is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Support Representative to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, guiding customers through solutions. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvements. 5. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers. 6. Participate in strategic planning meetings to improve customer support processes. 7. Assist in developing and updating support documentation and training materials.

Requirements: 1. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate technical information to customers. 2. Proficient in strategic planning to identify opportunities for process improvements. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. 5. High school diploma or equivalent, technical certifications a plus.
