Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Salling Group is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Support Representative to join our team in København, Capital, DK. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with training and onboarding of new team members - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy - Manage projects and people effectively to ensure seamless operations - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
