Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Remote Support Representative at Coloplast, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through product recommendations and usage. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues with products and provide solutions - Educate customers on product features and usage - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to improve customer experience and support processes

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of customer service or technical support experience - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to innovate solutions - Resourceful and energetic with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in using support tools and software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - Experience working remotely is a plus
