Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Joe & The Juice is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team and work from home in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a positive and helpful attitude - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovative thinking and a cooperative attitude
