Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Novozymes, a leading biotech company in København, is seeking a part-time Support Representative to work from home. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with our products or services - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet work environment at home
