Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Support Specialist to join our team at Falck in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This part-time position is perfect for someone at the Associate Level with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to clients through remote channels such as phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. 4. Document client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies and products. 6. Work independently and proactively to provide excellent customer service. 7. Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about technology and helping others. 2. Resourceful problem solver with excellent critical thinking skills. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Previous experience in a technical support role preferred.
