Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Søstrene Grene is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Web Chat Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our web chat platform to assist with inquiries, orders, and provide product information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Demonstrate excellent communication skills and professionalism in all interactions - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively - Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Requirements: - Confident and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Proficiency in using web chat software and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
