Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Ambu is looking for a Web Chat Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our web chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to incoming chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Manage a team of chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Analyze chat performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction - Coordinate with other departments to address customer inquiries that cannot be resolved through chat - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Assist in training new chat agents and providing ongoing development opportunities for existing team members - Act as a liaison between the chat team and management, providing regular updates on performance and recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the web chat platform functions smoothly and is optimized for performance

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong planning and innovation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
