Web Chat Manager

As the Web Chat Manager at Milestone Systems, located in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's web chat operations. This is a part-time position with a Mid-to-Senior Level seniority level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of web chat agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat platform. 3. Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Train and mentor web chat agents to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through web chat channels. 2. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Strong critical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. 4. Innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement in the web chat operation. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Previous experience in web chat management or customer service is preferred.
