Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Web Chat Representative to join our team at Pandora Jewelry in København, Denmark. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong emotional intelligence and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Provide product information and assist customers with their online purchases - Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and order tracking - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency with technology and web chat platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Reliable and dependable work ethic
