Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Salling Group in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As a part-time Associate level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience - Analyze chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with reporting and tracking of key performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service - Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Strong strategic planning and analysis skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with computer systems and software applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
