Job Description - Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Leo Pharma is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the customer support team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed - Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the customer support process - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer concerns and feedback - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, providing resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Continuously look for ways to improve the customer support experience and enhance customer loyalty


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving work environment - Driven and determined to exceed customer expectations - Proven negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflict effectively - Vision insurance, Free food, and Retirement plan benefits offered - Equal opportunity employer
