Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

The LEGO Group is seeking a Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Support Officer, you will play a key role in providing assistance to our customers and supporting our internal teams.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Assist in resolving customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate potential issues or trends to management for further investigation. 6. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the team.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues and conflicts. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
