Job Description:

Novozymes is looking for a Support Representative to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As an Entry Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Provide product information and support to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong persuasion and innovation skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent
