Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nordic Bioscience is seeking a motivated and driven Web Chat Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing customer support and engaging with clients via web chat to answer their inquiries and provide assistance.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide timely and accurate information. 2. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 3. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Experience with web chat platforms and CRM systems is preferred. 5. Innovation and critical thinking skills. 6. Motivated and driven personality traits. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work.
