Hartmann is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented Web Chat Representative to join our remote team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures while interacting with customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong time management and planning skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
