Waiter / Waitress

Noma ApS is a Copenhagen-based restaurant located in the Øresund Region.

We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

Job Description: We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a good level of creativity skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities: • Greet customers and present menus • Make menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items • Take orders and serve food and beverages • Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages • Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff • Up-sell additional products when appropriate • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization • Check in with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems • Deliver checks and collect payments • Clear and reset tables in a timely fashion Requirements: • At least 5 years of relevant experience • Good level of creativity skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service • Knowledge of health and safety regulations Salary: 12000 - 12000 in local currency.

This is a Part-Time position.
