Digital Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Carlsberg Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity for individuals located in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing to help drive our online presence and engagement with customers.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition - Manage social media campaigns, including content creation and monitoring performance metrics - Create and optimize online advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels - Analyze data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing efforts - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to drive continuous improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, online advertising, SEO, and email marketing - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Highly adaptable and energetic personality - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
