Digital Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Peakon is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement - Collaborate with internal teams to create content for digital marketing initiatives - Monitor and analyze key metrics related to digital marketing performance to optimize campaigns - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices - Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong research skills and the ability to analyze data - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - Motivated self-starter with a passion for digital marketing
