Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Manager at Novozymes, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's digital marketing strategy. This includes creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing the performance of these campaigns, and making data-driven decisions to improve results. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and online advertising - Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and drive results - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve - Manage relationships with external partners such as agencies, vendors, and influencers - Stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies in digital marketing

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in digital marketing - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong project management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus
